We participate in the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC), an Affordable Housing Program which makes apts available at affordable rates to renters who meet specific income guidelines based on the number of residents in the apt. One resident, the maximum annual household income limit is $45,360; two residents, the limit is $513,840; with three residents, the limit is $58,320; for four residents, the limit is $64,800 and if there are five residents, the limit is $70,020.
